2026 Wildflower Session RETAINER

Total Session Cost: $450

$100 nonrefundable retainer is due at booking to reserve your spot on my calendar. Once you book your session you will receive a follow up email regarding your portrait contract and next steps. A signed portrait contract is required to complete your booking.

Just enough time to grab a smiling-at-the-camera shot, some quick snuggles, and playful images of your family in the beautiful wildflowers.

Sessions Include:

-A 30 minute session in the Wichita Wildlife Refuge

-15 images via digital download with print release and option to purchase add on images.

**Remaining balance is due one week prior to your session. A Payment Plan option is available upon request.

Once you book, you will receive a follow-up email containing your contract. A signed contract is required to complete your booking.

-Wildflower sessions take place in late May/early June or when the wildflowers peak. We will choose a firm date closer to that time.

NOTES ABOUT YOUR WILDFLOWER SESSION:

-No extended family, please.
- For maternity sessions: these are exclusive to newborn clients only and cannot be booked solo.

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:

-Wildflower Sessions are *scheduled two in one day* this does not guarantee you a "golden hour" slot.

-Timing is about 1 hour prior to sunset and Ashley will choose your shoot location based on shoot month, weather, and overall appearance.

-Wildflower sessions take place in late May/early June or when the wildflowers peak.
